Additional features include product receiving and confirmation as well as supplier invoicing & payment. There is also support for suppliers which are not pre-qualified, if the internal buyers require them to be included in the bidding process.

In comparison Qstrat QLM Sourcing is focused primarily on the procurement and purchasing cycle. The product has a library of templates that can be customized and used for the organization’s requirements. Additionally there is a process to track supplier performance to determine if they merit continued inclusion on the qualified supplier list for new bids.

Then there is EBid Exchange which provides a solution which provides a collaboration platform for buyers to jointly raise RFQs as well as review and finalize bids.
