The software comes with features as:- Notifications: No more forgotten renewals. When a policy needs to be amended, reviewed, or is about to expire, this function alerts and reminds the company.
- Version Control and History: This feature retains track of prior activities and provides quick access to earlier versions, including renewals.
- Reports: If one of the 25 pre-made templates does not suit the parameters that health professionals are searching for, this function allows them to build a custom template; it can be done in excel or pdf.
- Single Sign-on: By logging in, the single sign-on functionality takes the end-users credentials and applies them to every application, saving the user from having to log in every time.
- Enhanced Search Engine: Instead of only performing a generic search, this capability additionally searches the content of documents.
