Up Your Cash Flow vs. Alternatives in 2024

The key competitors for Up Your CashFlow are Adaptive Planning and Planguru.

Adaptive Planning is a workflow based budgeting & planning tool that is available as a cloud based solution. Its features include cash flow forecasting, revenue management as well as resource & asset planning. It also has certified integration with Salesforce and Microsoft Office and has a collaboration platform to share financial analysis requirements. Additionally the product can be integrated with other applications using APIs with financial reporting options as well.

Up Your CashFlow on the other hand also addresses budget preparation and cash flow forecasting, but is only available as an on premise version. It supports integration with Quickbooks, Peachtree and Microsoft Great Plains and includes several business valuation methods which can be used for forecasting modules. While it does not support all of the features of Adaptive Planning, it can also handle expenses, sales, collections and payroll revenue forecasting.

Another competitor is Planguru which allows customization of its forecasting models to meet financial reporting requirements and real-time scenario analysis. The product is available as a cloud based solution and includes a suite of analytic tools to analyze revenue & expense requirements through the use of dashboards and financial KPIs. Other options include collaboration tools and multi-period budget analysis & preparation.

Up Your CashFlow does not support all of these features, although it does have a library of standard reports for financial analysis. Other options include sales bonus & commission provisions, as well as rolling forecasts which can be adjusted based on actual revenue realization.
