DEACOM ERP vs. Alternatives in 2024

The main competitors for Deacom ERP are ProcessPro ERP and Batchmaster Manufacturing.

Process Pro ERP is designed to meet the enterprise requirements of process manufacturing and is available as both an on premise as well as cloud based deployment. The core features of the product include financial management, human resources, payroll, CRM and sales management. The manufacturing module includes production planning, scheduling as well as quality control. To address the needs of process manufacturing the product also supports production formulae and recipes to ensure the correct production quantities.

Deacom ERP is also a specialized process manufacturing ERP solution. While it includes many of the same features as Process Pro ERP, it also provides asset maintenance, point of sales, warehouse management as well as resource allocation. There is also support for environmental reporting and monitoring to comply with health & safety regulations.

Another competitor is Batchmaster Manufacturing which can be integrated as part of most major ERP solutions as a specialized module to handle process manufacturing. It provides the same core features as Deacom ERP but includes production sample management, production scheduling and material requirements planning which is monitored to ensure quality compliance. The product also supports mobile device access and is provided as a hosted as well as cloud based solution.

Deacom ERP on the other hand provides a web based application which can be used by mobile devices as well. However it is built as one solution with no third party applications, in order to ensure seamless delivery and reduced possibility of failure due to incomplete integration.
