Prices and Plans Compared

The Essential plan allows unlimited users and unlimited projects, with no limitation on the number of tasks and overall reporting. The users can benefit from various types of agile boards with no additional payments. However, the Essential plan does not allow users to manage resources, budgets, and risks.

The Business plan makes it easier for the users to manage not only various projects and tasks, but also allows resource management, risk assessment and management, and budget allocation and reporting. One of the important features of any project management tool is KPI & activity management.

The Platform pricing plan gives users the liberty to manage tickets, KPI & activity management, account & contact management, alert, report & KPI, and unlimited helpdesk for clients. Moreover, the Platform pricing plan also has a B2B CRM that helps you manage and automate campaigns.

The Enterprise has all the features offered in the Platform plan with the added benefit of a custom SLA and a dedicated customer success manager.

As compared to competitors such as Wrike, EasyProject does not have any limit on the number of users in their plans. Even if you are a solo user and want to use Enterprise or Platform plan, then you can simply purchase it and start using EasyProject in no time. Each of the pricing plans in EasyProject offers additional features, which users can see if they fit well with their organizational needs. For instance, if your business needs a B2B CRM then the Platform and Enterprise plan are the right fit. Nevertheless, if you need a simple project management tool, then Essentials and Business plan can opt.

Which Plan Is Right for You?

EasyProject is a complete solution for project and task management. The users regardless of their organization type and size can opt for any of the pricing plans. The B2B CRM further makes it easier for your organization to manage your projects and clients under a single tool.

One of the limitations of EasyProject is that, where other project management tools like Trello, Jira, or ClickUp have integrations available even on their free plans. Nevertheless, EasyProject allows integration with third-party tools like Asana, Zapier, etc, only in their Enterprise plan. If your organization is currently using another project management tool then they want to integrate with EasyProject, then data migration can be an issue.
