The Essential plan allows unlimited users and unlimited projects, with no limitation on the number of tasks and overall reporting. The users can benefit from various types of agile boards with no additional payments. However, the Essential plan does not allow users to manage resources, budgets, and risks.
The Business plan makes it easier for the users to manage not only various projects and tasks, but also allows resource management, risk assessment and management, and budget allocation and reporting. One of the important features of any project management tool is KPI & activity management.

Regardless of the organization size, EasyProject offers unlimited projects and users on the plans, whereas many of the competitors such as Wrike limit the maximum number of users in each plan. Overall, EasyProject offers pricing that lies in the lower pricing range in the industry.
