Is Gusto expensive?

Gusto is less expensive than the industry average.

Gusto pricing is based on four subscription plans— Core, Complete, Concierge, and Select.

Gusto Core pricing starts at $39 per month, with an additional $6 per user per month, making it $45 per month in all. Core offers full-service payroll, accounting integrations, and time tracking integrations. Gusto Complete pricing starts at $39 per month, plus a $12 per user per month fee. Complete offers all features of the Core plan plus hiring and onboarding tools and team management tools.

Gusto Concierge pricing starts at $149 per month, plus a $12 per user per month fee. The Concierge plan offers all features of the Complete plan plus HR resource center and compliance alerts. Gusto Select pricing is not disclosed, and it offers additional features like health insurance broker integration. There is also a Contractor Only plan priced at $6 per user per month. Add-ons are available.

  • 360 Degree Feedback Software 360 Degree feedback products mostly have per month pricings. In this case, companies can expect to pay between $1 and $149 and above. Again, these prices depend on the number of features the vendor is offering. Examples are Click-360 costs between $7-$55 per report, SurveyLab $29 per month, and Bloomin costs $4 monthly per user.
  • Payroll Software The pricing for payroll products is usually divided into three tiers and priced per user per month. Enterprises can expect to pay between $1 to $5, $5 to $12, and above $12 per user, per month and depending on the tier.
