  • Payroll: Gusto helps businesses with their payroll needs by running payroll in minutes, filing taxes automatically, synchronizing employee hours, and automating payroll solutions with AutoPilot.
  • Employee Benefits: Gusto Payroll helps employers offer health and financial benefits to their teams with tools like Gusto Wallet, support for workers compensation, HSA, and FSA, health insurance administration, paycheck splitter, Cashout, commuter benefits, etc.
  • Hiring and Onboarding: Gusto helps businesses recruit, hire, and onboard employees with tools for jobs and offers, custom onboarding checklists, device management for company assets, software setup, and integrations with applicant tracking software.
  • Time Tools: Gusto Payroll features automated time tracking tools to manage employee hours and track productivity. The software features tools like geolocation verification, auto sync with payroll, project tracking, calendar sync, PTO policies, reporting, time off requests, etc.
Gusto Payroll, also known as ZenPayroll, was founded in November 2011. The company is headquartered in San Francisco, California, and has 5,000 employees. Gusto won the award for Best Overall Payroll by NerdWallet in 2021.

Core offers full-service payroll, accounting integrations, and time tracking integrations. Gusto Complete pricing starts at $39 per month, plus a $12 per user per month fee. Complete offers all features of the Core plan plus hiring and onboarding tools and team management tools.

Gusto Concierge pricing starts at $149 per month, plus a $12 per user per month fee. The Concierge plan offers all features of the Complete plan plus HR resource center and compliance alerts. Gusto Select pricing is not disclosed, and it offers additional features like health insurance broker integration. There is also a Contractor Only plan priced at $6 per user per month.
