Kapture CRM Monthly Pricing Plans

Prices and Plans Compared

Kapture CX offers three paid plans with varying prices and features. Each plan offers more features than the last.

The most affordable pricing plan is the Essential plan which costs $30 per user per month and has limited features. The main features include Omnichannel Ticketing, Auto-assign Tickets, SLA Management, Data Import, Web Forms, Scheduled Reports, Lead Management, Basic Dashboards, and Customer 360 views. This plan costs $18 per user per month for an annual contract.

The second plan is the Professional plan which costs $48 per user per month. It includes everything in the Essential plan and additional features. They are Custom API, Ecommerce Integrations, Reports & Analytics, Social Media Integrations, Mobile App, Chat, Quotations & Payments, Knowledge Base, and 24x7 Support. This plan costs $36 per user per month on annual billing.

The Enterprise plan begins at $91 per user per month. It includes everything in the Professional plan and some additional features. They are Custom Reporting, Sandbox, IP Whitelisting, Dashboards, Self-serve, Contacts Management, Customized Ticket Disposition, Workflow Management, and a Dedicated Account Manager. This plan costs $60 per user per month for an annual contract.

Kapture CRM provides a free 30-day trial for all plans. It is obvious from the pricing structure and features distribution that the Professional plan offers the most value to customers. New customers could opt for the annual package instead of monthly billing.

Since Kapture CX is priced slightly on the higher side, especially after the Essential plan, it is a shame that it does not offer a free plan like most of its competitors. Zoho CRM, HubSpot Sales Hub, and Zendesk are some competitors that offer a free forever plan to customers.

Kapture CX offers a host of interesting features at a price starting from $35 per user per month. Some of the main features are automatic ticket assignment, chat history, call recording, custom permissions, and an analytic dashboard. It also includes a self-service portal and AI-powered chat. In terms of features and cost, it offers many features, unlike its competitors such as Zoho CRM.

Our Veredict

Kapture CX is a wholesome sales CRM with a host of features that justify its price point. While it is not cheap, the lack of a free plan might not make it appealing to small businesses and individual business owners. While it may look simple at first glance, Kapture CX has some powerful features that can streamline your sales processes and improve efficiency.

One interesting aspect is that Kapture CX offers a self-service portal & AI-powered chat to help build sustainable relationships with customers at this price point.

However, it can be prohibitively expensive for small and medium-sized businesses that do not require complex features.
