Paymo pricing: How much does it cost in 2024?
Paymo offers four pricing plans for its users: Free, Starter, Small Office, and Business. The cost of each plan is:

Prices and Plans Compared
The Free plan is for a maximum of 1 user along with 3 client users. The users can create multiple projects but only 50 tasks are allowed against each plan. Even though the Free plan offers a wide range of features, it does not allow users to integrate with third-party applications.
The Starter plan also allows only 1 user with unlimited client users. There is no limitation on the number of projects but users can create only 100 tasks. The users can integrate Paymo with third-party apps such as Jira. Moreover, users get 25 GB of storage. However, the Starter plan has real-time reports and timers for active time tracking.
The Small Office plan has no user limitations. The users can create unlimited tasks and time entries as required. The users can track their time using the active timer and hence, they can create live time reports. However, the Small Office plan does not allow users to schedule e employee workload and generate Gantt charts for complete planning.
The Enterprise plan also does not have any user or client limitations. The users get online remote assistance as well. Moreover, users can create schedules for employees along with employee leave management.
Compared to its competitor such as Asana, Paymo does not offer idea and issue management. Moreover, users can track expenses using Paymo, even though they can generate invoices and billing in all of their pricing plans but Asana does not allow it. Moreover, Asana allows integration with third-party applications in their Free plan, whereas Paymo allows integrations in all of its paid plans only.
Which Plan Is Right for You?
Paymo is a cloud-based project management tool with built-in invoicing and billing features. If your organization has multiple users then the Small Office and Enterprise plan is the right fit because the Starter and the Free plan allows a maximum of 1 user. However, there is no limit on the client users. Therefore, if you need a project management tool solely for client users, then opting for the Free plan and Starter plan can be the right choice.
If your organization is already using a project management tool that you want to integrate with Paymo, then opting for a Free plan will not be helpful. Moreover, if you have flows that have task dependencies then Paymo’s Enterprise plan is the only option. Regardless of the organization's size, Paymo can be opted for depending on the business requirements and the total number of users.

Even though the free plan does not allow third-party integrations, the users can opt for a free trial to understand how Paymo integrations work for different tools such as Zapier, Jira, etc.
Paymo does not require you to pay any additional amount. The overall pricing is straightforward. The users can upgrade and downgrade to each plan and update users in each plan by simply upgrading their pricing plan.
