Prices and Plans Compared

The Free plan allows a maximum of five users. The users can only perform basic task management along with apps and workspaces. However, the Free plan lacks the essential feature of any project and task management software i.e. user management and automated workflows.

However, the Plus plan allows users with automated workflows along with light users and external users. Both of these users have limited rights, therefore, user management makes Citrix Podio an efficient tool to manage all different users' accounts. The Plus plan does not allow users to generate visual reports and interactive sales dashboards.

The Premium plan helps the users to generate reports based on the resources and time invested by a resource on a single task. Moreover, you can create highly automated workflows with advanced workflow management.

As compared to its competitors, Citrix Podio allows multiple guest users in its Plus and Premium plan, which reduces the overall cost paid for each user, even though these users have limited rights. Even though Citrix Podio allows effective project management, it does not offer users time tracking. In fact, visual reports are also only available in the Premium plan.

Which Plan Is Right for You?

Citrix Podio is an easy-to-use project and task management software allowing teams to collaborate on more than one project. If you are a team requiring just task management and user management features the Plus plan can be the right fit. But if your team requires interactive dashboards and reports in your projects then the Premium plan is the way forward.

As compared to the competitors, such as Jira, Wrike, and Favro, there is only a single cost of Citrix Podio. The Citrix Podio allows no document sharing or email automation flows for the users, which can be troublesome if you have multiple projects to manage.
