Procore pricing: How much does it cost in 2024?

On the Procore website, the cost is not publicly listed. However, past user reviews have shown us that the software has three different pricing plans, and they start at:

  • Project management plan: $375 per month

  • Project management + financial management plan: $549 per month

The third plan is for custom pricing, which you would have to discuss with Procore to get pricing information for your enterprise.

Procore Monthly Pricing Plans

Prices and Plans Compared

As mentioned above, Procore has three different plans and unique features assigned to them. The Project management plan comes with only features like the Project Overview, Project Scheduling, Project Communication, and others.

The Project Management + Financial Management plan comes with project management features and financial management features for contractors, like Invoice Management and Project Financials.

Which Plan Is Right for You?

The Procore license plan details are designed for various contractor revenue sizes, and the number of projects carried. For example, the base plan is the $375 Project Management plan and the $549 Project management + financial management plan. Some users with a revenue of $0 to $3 million and needing all Procore features have reported having paid about $4,500 per year to $6,588 per year. So if your construction enterprise has similar revenue, that is a rough estimate.

During our research, we discovered that unlike many other construction project management systems in the industry, the Procore pricing plan is not paid monthly or per seat. It is instead paid once per year. So if you need construction management software with a single license pricing model, then Procore is for you.

Our Veredict

Procore license pricing looks highly-priced compared to its alternatives, but don’t forget you are paying for unlimited users/seats per month. However, some users complain that construction management software can be expensive for large-volume general contractors compared to its close alternatives like SkySite, Fieldwire, and Contractor Foreman.

In terms of features, Procore is an all-in-one construction management software that edges many of its competitors. It has features like safety forms and documentation, timesheets, and data tracking, among others, missing from some of its alternatives.

Still, on the Procore features, although not mentioned, we noticed that the Plangrid Plan View feature is a bit superior compared to that of Procore. So if this feature is important to you, you might want to consider other systems.

Construction Software Price Range

Most construction software in the market are priced on a per-user, per-month basis, although the terms are flexible, depending on the need of an organization. The price points for construction software can be divided into three tiers, and the price ranges for each respective tier are $0 to $20, $20 to $100, and $100 above. • Large Businesses can expect to pay between $120 to $350 and $350 to $1,500 for a construction software per month, although many vendors do not disclose their pricing and would rather have an understanding of the need of a large organization to conclude on pricing. Sometimes, the offering for large businesses usually includes more than one user account.
