Piesync: We started PieSync because we love to code. We really want to create useful applications using the technologies we like. Applications that solve our own problems with the possibility to also help out thousands of others.We wanted a name that resembles how we look at work and life in general: linking serious challenges with rather lighthearted fun. We initially wanted to name our company SyncDuck, but that domain name was already taken. After some more iterations we settled for PieSync and never looked back.
