HEAT Cloud Solutions vs. Alternatives in 2024

The main competitors for Heat Cloud Solutions include Remedy ITSM and Axios Assyst.

Remedy ITSM from BMC provides an IT service management solution for the enterprise with on premise and cloud based options. The product also supports social collaboration tools, includes real-time business analytics, is mobile device ready, and allows integration with other customer applications. Its features include a service help desk with knowledge base, IT asset discovery & management, as well as service level agreements and change management.

Heat Cloud Solutions provides a similar ITSM solution, but is only available in the cloud. However it does provide some unique offerings such as field service management, as well as voice automation features to ensure round the clock service support outside of office hours. There are also self service portals for users to initiate and track service requests with a service catalog detailing types of services available.

Axios Assyt on the other hand is available as an on premise, cloud based or hybrid model based on customer requirements. One of its unique offerings is its gamification option which incentivizes support & service teams to improve performance & customer satisfaction levels for greater rewards and recognition. Additionally it includes a business service monitoring system which rates incoming device alerts to ensure teams can address the priority ones at the earliest.

Heat Cloud Solutions does not at the moment address these features, but supports workflow automation for business process management. In addition it includes a configuration management database or CDMB to track people, processes, software and infrastructure in the organization.
