  • Message: Users and businesses can simplify their workflow, assign tasks, bookmarks, add contacts to a conversation, and switch to audio or video calls in chat. Users can also send and receive messages with their RingCentral number, create video chat rooms, and integrate with other apps.
  • Video: Users and teams can make video and audio calls in a high-definition display, collaborate in a secure conferencing environment, share notes, and assign tasks.
  • Phone: Users can manage business connections, make and receive calls through their RingCentral number, switch from video to audio during calls, and work from any location on their mobile devices.
RingCentral was established in 1999, has its headquarters in Belmont, California, and employs over 5,000 staff. The company was recognized as a Leader in the 2021 Gartner Magic Quadrant for UCaaS worldwide.
