RingCentral is a fully integrated cloud-based contact/call centre and business phone solution designed to offer business communication tools for voice, video, fax and text too small businesses and enterprises.

The solution helps the user communicate, collaborate and connect. Its main features include phone numbers, collaboration meetings, auto-recording, conferencing, and unlimited long-distance as well as local calling etc. The solution helps connect employees via several personal and business devices such as tablets, smartphones, desktops, and phones.

The solution mobile app integrates with other phone systems to help keep employees connected to colleagues and customers from anywhere. It also integrates with email apps including Salesforce CRM, Dropbox, and Googles docs and more.
