TeamHeadquarters Help Desk vs. Alternatives in 2024

Two important competitors of TeamHeadquarters are Freshdesk and Kronodesk. While TeamHeadquarters offers both on premise and online deployment models, Freshdesk supports only web based deployment.

With respect to the features, both software solutions do not offer any features for inventory management, billing & invoicing and chat functionality. SLA management is one feature of Freshdesk that is not offered by TeamHeadquarters. On the other hand, features that are available on TeamHeadquarters but are not offered by Freshdesh include call tracking and incoming call management.

Kronodesk also offers only web based deployment model. Features of TeamHeadquarters that you will not find on Kronodesk are call tracking, incoming call management, and work order management.
