AgentCubed is a lead management and CRM solution designed for the insurance industry. The software includes features to maximize agent productivity, measure performance as well as capture more qualified leads with real time verification.

Main features and functionalities

AgentCubed provides real time integration to various healthcare carriers detailing the different types of coverage, underwriting and policy riders for consideration. There is also commission reconciliation to ensure agents are properly compensated for any sales. In addition AgentCubed also streamlines the quotation process by integrating quoting tools by Quotit for individual health insurance, Health Plan One for MediCare, and Quomation & PL Rator for property and casualty insurance thereby providing a wide range of certified insurance options for agents to provide clients.

The product also allows agents to target sales efforts to the most profitable leads by integration with lead providers, consumer facing web sites and third party applications which are verified by the eBureau. When a lead is obtained AgentCubed’s skills based routing and where necessary state licensing routing features allows it to be directed to the right agent who can progress it to a sale conversion while also making the most of cross-selling opportunities.

Finally there are detailed reporting options for sales funnel management, compensation, lead status & sales conversion, policy status & activity as well as executive dashboards for performance, revenue and productivity monitoring with KPI analysis.
