AgentCubed was founded in 2009 with the goal of creating solutions for insurance agents and agencies. The company’s products handle the entire lead to customer lifecycle with the aim to reduce the time between receiving leads and converting them into revenue.
The product is best suited for insurance call centers by providing custom workflows for lead distribution and cross selling as well as performance and commission tracking.
There is also support for integrated IP telephony through InContact or Five9. AgentCubed also addresses insurance agencies by providing the processes and work flows to easily manage their agent workforce while ensuring the independence of the agent to encourage productivity and sales.
