The software comes with features such as:- The Affordable Care Act (ACA): This feature comes with ACA hours tracking, Forms completion, Full ACA management, E-filing with the IRS, Optional fulfillment and mailing, Final PDF set of all forms, etc.
- Deliver: Benelogic Deliver helps end-users handle data exchange to lighten the workload. They can also manage custom vendor & carrier codes and leverage existing carrier & vendor relationships. This feature also includes trackable data delivery, HIPAA 834-compliant, robust process tracking, etc.
- COBRA: Because of the risk and liability it carries, this feature comes as a standalone or integrated service with fully trained and certified COBRA staff and a dedicated US-based toll-free customer service line. This feature also comes with electronic COBRA record retention and retrieval, monthly reporting, and premium disbursement.
- Retiree Billing: Benelogic comes with comprehensive management of all retiree billing notices. This feature also ushers a centralized premium billing, collection, remittance, coordination with other programs, toll-free customer service lines, etc.
- Data audits: This feature help answer essential questions that can impact the financial picture of benefit plans. With this feature, Benelogic aids in identifying the problems, finding the source, and establishing accountability so they can be followed to resolution.
