Cons

• CopperEgg price is very high compared to its competitors. And it offers limited options.
• CopperEgg supports only English language. Users from non-English speaking regions can not use it.
• CopperEgg does not support Citrix or Salesforce platforms which are supported by some of its competitors.
• CopperEgg does not offer phone support. This means users who need quick solution to their problem(s) may not be assisted.
• Sometimes CopperEgg sends false alerts. One may get an alert that says their website is down, when it is actually up and running.
