The software is designed to work perfectly in medium-sized companies and large-sized companies. HeavyBid helps in preparing a cost estimate for any work, easily and faster depending on the previous work done. It also helps in bidding the estimated costs.

The software provides a platform for comparison of suppliers and subcontractors pricing. Some features of heavyBid include; what-if-analysis, audit trail and subcontractor management. HCSS is a company that develops and distributes heavyBid. It’s located in the United States and was founded in 1986.

Accounting module of the software offers the sole feature of job costing.

HeavyBid offers integration with widely used popular applications such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and Primavera. The software also offers the integration feature of bi-directional sync. HeavyBid accurately estimates all the project costs and budget information critical for the actual project.
