Staff Files comes with accruals and time off tracking, personnel records storing, flexible reporting and scanned document storing features and supports using QuickBooks, MYOB and Microsoft Small Business Accounting and exporting reports to MS Word, PDF or MS Excel. Users can improve employee files of an organization, calculate accruals and time-off automatically, track employee performance and evaluations, record benefits enrollment and keep a complete history of wage rate for each employee using this software.

This software supports unlimited number of employees and comes with 35 built-in checklists and reports. Users can also set password protection if needed and set custom security levels. There are also 20 user-defined fields included in the software. Other notable features are: filtering employee records, recording certifications and training, creating employee handbook, office policy samples and printing US Department of Labor posters and IRS forms.
