Takeoff Plus is a cloud-based construction estimating software designed for Builders and Contractors to streamline and manage their estimating process and the creation of professional-looking proposals/specifications. The software comes with features such as:
  • Change Orders: Contractors can estimate, print, or e-mail change orders from customers. They can also keep track of any modification orders that are pending, allowed, or denied.
  • Create Professional Looking Proposals/Specifications: Contractors can make professional-looking proposals/specifications for the customer to sign immediately from the estimate. They can also Create extensive or summary proposals/specifications based on location and/or task category.
  • Bid Sheet Templates: Contractors can build bid sheet templates containing cost items, assemblies, and specifications split down by category of work and/or location to standardize your estimating process.
  • Create Project Documents: Contractors can print, fax, or e-mail RFQs, POs, and SCs to vendors in seconds and create POs, Subcontracts, Work Orders, and Requests for Quotes from Estimates. This feature also enables Work Orders should be printed, faxed, or e-mailed to staff.
