ProLease software is a cloud-hosted property management and lease administration solution tailored for use by multi-location tenants. The software solution offers equipment lease, project management lease accounting, and maintenance management functionalities all in one suite.

The solution is best suited for corporate, education, government and retail markets. ProLease software is a product of Link Systems a company found in the US that was established in 1991.

The lease administration feature gives the users capabilities to manage multiple types of properties such as owned, leased or sub-leased. With the project management feature, the user is able to control scheduling documentation, budgeting and reporting aspects of various real estate projects including renovations, renewals, and dispositions. The software is supported on multiple operating systems including Windows, Web-based and Mac.
