Qualtrics 360 is a cloud based 360 degree feedback and performance review solution designed for business owners in multiple industries. The solution helps measure business key metrics to manage their brand, product, customer, and employee experiences. Its core features include multi channel surveys, a form builder, automated notifications, data analytics and more.The point and click interface enables users to modify their forms and reports in real time. It has a wide range of types of questions that would allow managers to design tailored feedback forms for their employees.
The users can use the same form to ask different questions to different groups through the question branching functionality. A dashboard helps users report in real time and can measure, analyze and compare the assessment results. It also offers competency rankings, gap analysis tables, and development guides. Managers can monitor the raters progress in real time as well as access individual guide list. It can integrate with existing HR software since it has an open API.
