Who are their main alternatives?

Dropbox is among Fluix competitors which also serves small to large offices. However, Dropbox’ unlimited cloud storage ($20 per user per month) is cheaper than Fluix. Though Dropbox also offers collaboration in Microsoft Offices, it cannot convert PDFs to editable templates like Fluix. Clients can comment on the shared files but Fluix’ can automatically assign tasks to team members.

Dropbox has excellent vendor reputation online but Fluix has a perfect score from customer reviews. Fluix has more applications to cater to work efficiency. Box is another CMS with clients’ size the same with Fluix (small, medium, large). Box pricing is also on the same range with Fluix but their Starter plan is way cheaper at $5.80 per user per month.

However, it only includes file sharing and storage whereas Fluix already has automation and management in their Starter package. Box’ unlimited cloud storage is only $17.30 compared to $30 of Fluix. When it comes to flexibility, user can collaborate on any type of document with Box, unlike Fluix which is limited to Microsoft and PDF. Though more expensive, Fluix can still provide better automation and management for fields and offices and has better online reviews than Box.

What is the cost of Fluix?
