Main features and functionalities

Greenhouse PM provides a dashboard which shows all properties currently being managed and lists rent revenue earned, late payments, services required and leasing status.

In addition there is a unit management module that details all information of interest regarding that unit, as well as allows you to group units into a larger one such as apartments within a residential complex. There is also a feature for unit listings to show available units where a unique URL is provided which you can then post on various advertising sites.

An integrated Lease module that lets you create, modify and track lease status for each unit is available. You can track lease payments as well as any late payments with automatic assessment of late fees on outstanding balances. Additionally contacts can be easily added and managed for tenants, service & maintenance providers and any other individuals or entities related to the given unit.

There is a complete accounting solution that allows you manage all financial transactions from bank accounts, cash & credit cards including income, transfers, and expenses within a Chart of Accounts. Financial summary analysis is also available to analyze the property revenue and cost base with the production of a consolidated income statement. Finally there is a work order module to create and track all related service requests for a unit as well as vendor management to ensure work is completed on time and within cost.

Finally tenants can be given an online portal access to review their leasing & payment status as well as create and track service request status. This is integrated with an online payment platform that allows tenants to pay online and thereby ensure better payment frequencies.
