LogMeIn Pro is an online service offered by the company LogMeIn, Inc. It was designed to provide business owners with remote access to their PC no matter where they are. The remote connectivity was developed to support collaboration, files transfer and remote printing. With LogMeIn Pro, you can access your computer through the net or even mobile devices.

LogMeIn, Inc. is a public company founded in 2003. It was created in Budapest, Hungary but it now has its Headquarters in Boston, USA. LogMeIn, Inc. has a couple of other products to offer and they are all one way or the other related to PC remote access.

Cons

• There is no live chat support for users encountering a problem
• Even though it can be used on Linux it does not support remote configuration
• The free version has been canceled since January 2014
• Still requires a plugin for you to be able to use it through Firefox
• Cannot be used to play music stored on your computer.
