RentPost is a rental property management software for property managers and owners to collect rents, view and organize units and tenants, and access assets. The software uses an intelligent sorting algorithm to manage work orders with priority. RentPost also provides an accounting system that organizes income and expenses and manages payments and notifications. The software features allow users to determine what needs actions and get insight into business activities.

Some key features of the software are; online rent collection, work order management, property management accounting, and unit flagging and alerts. RentPost was co-founded by Jacob Thomason in 2011. The software company, RentPost Inc, is based in Athens, Greece, with a workforce size of about 11-50 persons.

The Mint account costs $99/month and features 100 units, 50 owner accounts, and 6GB document storage.

The Lime plan costs $169 per month and features 250 units, unlimited owner accounts, and 10GB document storage. Lastly, the Silver plan costs $249 per month and features over 500 units, unlimited owner accounts, and 20GB document storage.
