It is available as both an on premise & cloud based solution and offers companies a free product trial. In addition Petaho can be embedded into various customer specific applications to provide enhanced reporting. The product also supports customizable dashboards along with predictive analysis to aid in decision making by identifying possible trends.

Sisense on the other hand also allows multiple data source access, but includes an in-chip technology that maximizes memory utilization to ensure fast query response. Additionally it can work effectively on even normal desktops and yield the same high performance. It also includes a free product trial and configurable dashboards that allow rich visual displays according to defined benchmarks and KPIs.

Then there is Panorama Necto which provides the next generation of BI tools by complying with the version 3.0 frameworks. This software is based on social collaboration for data analysis by enabling sharing of information and data analytics for common review and decision support. This is enabled by a suggestive analysis feature which differs from predictive analysis in that it offers recommendations for action together with real time information insights.

Sisense in comparison does not support suggestive analysis but does include its own collaborative platform. This allows for real-time dashboards which can be shared across the organization for performance & operational monitoring, as well as through mobile devices.
