Additional features include its logical query language to build complex analytic requirements, with support of guided visual discovery which recommends better analytic methods to help users obtain the desired information.

In comparison Tableau Server is a web enabled solution that supports mobile device access for review and analysis of information. It also supports collaboration features like Birst with options to comment on reports & dashboards to seek feedback, as well as embed these dashboards in company portals for viewing. The product supports real-time user querying for immediate information visualization as well, and includes data access standards to ensure data integrity is not compromised due to this.
