Recruitment Manager on the other hand offers an Automated Correspondence feature to generate all job related letters. Workable does not provide these features currently.There are also tools such as iCIMS Talent Platform and Lumesse TalentLink which focus on talent sourcing, recruitment and onboarding whereas Workable is purely focused on sourcing & recruitment.
