It is a product of Dotmailer Company founded in 1999 in the United States and has its headquarters in London Bridge.
The software solution allows the users to personalize marketing emails based on the previous purchasing data of the customer thus enabling them to send dynamic content emails.
It supports Windows, Mac OS, HP UX, Linux AIX, Solaris, Web browser (OS agnostic), Unix, and IBM OS 400 Operating systems. Its deployable through the Cloud, SaaS, and Web, and provides training through Webinars, in person and documentation.
