FAMIS is an on-premise, hosted and SaaS solution designed to provide institutions with the tools needed to manage and maintain facilities lifecycle. This includes space management, asset management, project management and real estate acquisitions.

Accruent, the company behind FAMIS, was founded in 1995 with the focus of providing companies with a comprehensive real estate management system that could improve operational and financial performance in the long term. Today Accruent serves more than 1200 businesses spread in over 56 countries

FAMIS was developing specifically with corporate, public and higher education institutions in mind. For that matter it was programmed to incorporate distinct features allowing campuses to improve visibility, track utility consumption and schedule preventive maintenance.
