  • Work Orders Tracking and Management: Regardless of the business area, NewWaySERVICE enables service professionals to control and trace their work orders effortlessly. They can manage and track all types of requests with NewWaySERVICE, including requests for repairs, maintenance, support, and information.
  • Planning Technician Appointment: Services professionals may create a work schedule for each tech in NewWaySERVICE. The application always proposes time slots based on the availability of each professional. Appointments can be made when the work order is created or later, but they are not required. A work order may have multiple visits or none at all.
  • Customer, Equipment, and Maintenance Management: Customer management could not be simpler. The application includes a plethora of essential features, such as the ability to adjust labor rates per customer and manage a bank of hours, contacts, branches, and much more.
  • Purchase Orders and Inventory Managementement: When technicians use parts on work orders, NewWaySERVICE immediately changes their inventory. They can specify a default warehouse (for example, a vehicle) for each technician to designate where the components should be deducted.
  • Customer Portal: A customer portal is also included with NewWaySERVICE. When service professionals enable the customer portal, their customers will be able to create work orders for themselves using an online form that includes the company name and logo.
