It is created and developed by NewWaySERVICE which was founded in 1996. It is currently headquartered in Quebec, Canada.

NewWaySERVICE facilitates assignment of tasks based on project relevance in addition to task management, calendars, and alerts and reminders. Other important capabilities of the platform include inventory tracking, digital signatures, mobile device management, product and parts catalog, appointment management, service history tracking, custom reporting, and others.

ServSuite is also on-premise and cloud-based field management system for small to large pest control businesses. ServSuite pricing is at the same range as NewWaySERVICE. ServSuite offers similar functions as NewWaySERVICE such as automatic email and notifications, inventory management, and web portal for customers and staff.

However, ServSuite has no work order management and multi-warehouse management features and it only serves pest control enterprises, unlike NewWaySERVICE. Both have high vendor reputation online and are beneficial as a field service management solution. UpKeep is a maintenance and field service management software for the same client size and price range as NewWaySERVICE.

UpKeep is also accessible via iOS and Android devices and a desktop platform like NewWaySERVICE. UpKeep provides preventative maintenance scheduling, inventory management by location, file and photo storage, work order pdf printing and emailing, and dashboard and reporting as NewWaySERVICE.

It also has an automatic scheduling system, work order templates and prioritization, and access control. However, UpKeep has no customer portal unlike NewWaySERVICE making NewWaySERVICE a better software. Both have excellent customer review ratings online.

It provides inventory and multi-warehouse management features, data protection and access from subcontractors and customer portal where they can create work orders through an online form.
