  • Dispatch Techs for Emergency Calls: In a few clicks, respond to inbound service calls. End-users can Lookup technological advancements without causing them to get distracted by a phone call. With a drag-and-drop interface, End-users can easily change timetables.
  • Service Portal: Customers can use your website to access their online portal accounts. Service history and scheduled appointments are displayed on the self-service site. End-users can collect new service requests from clients using online forms, which are then routed to ServiceTrade for follow-up.

Select plan cokes with features that start at 5 techs, Unlimited Office Users, QuickBooks Integration, Live support 9 am to 7 pm ET, and Certification Program. Premium comes with everything in Select plus, Service Portal, Salesperson Assignments, Subcontract Work, Multiple Terms & Conditions, Support for Contract Price Lists, Support for Custom Integrations, and 24x7 Emergency Support.

Enterprise comes with everything in Premium plus, Recurring contract invoices, Geographical regions, Multiple brands, and Business Analytics reporting.
