The EDGE Estimator is a construction estimating software for the creation of project bids. It is an automated solution which uses the request for proposal (RFP), and a large amount of historical and current relevant data to create a proposal. It can easily be used by custom home builders, general contractors, and sub-contractors.Who is it best for?
The EDGE Estimator works for small, medium and large sized companies in the building, electrical, plumbing, concrete, landscaping, roofing, HVAC, and cabinetry fields. It is also great for company owners, builders, contractors as well as architects.Main features and functionalities
The EDGE Estimator is completely customizable to fit the needs of the contractor and the various sub-contractors. Plans and drawings are used directly in the program, allowing users to revise or change estimates quickly. Paper plans can also be digitized directly into the program. Most of the formulas used in estimating are already pre-loaded. It also has a reports module with default reports. Custom reports can also be generated as needed.What is the actual cost?
