TSheets is a cloud-based HR time tracking and scheduling solution designed to help track time on any device in real-time to streamline payroll, and to send accurate invoices. The solution offers mobile time tracking solutions for employees who change job locations regularly or work remotely.

They can use their own devices including computers, smartphones, text messages, mobile apps or landlines to clock in and out of work. The core features include time tracking, scheduling, and reports among others.

The solution integrates with third-party apps such as accounting or payroll systems. TSheets can help the user automate overtime alerts & rules, customize pay rates and preset overtime calculations.

The labor expense management module lets the user report labor expenses such as PTO, overtime and regular time. The solution offers customizable filters that enable the user to capture the exact timesheet details sorted by the employee, date, project, job code or payroll period.
