What is WinEst?

WinEst is an on-premise construction estimating solution designed to help estimators across a wide range of industry verticals. The primary solution features include estimating, reporting, construction takeoff and audit trails. It helps the user manage as well as integrate the project estimates by using the management of the cost-knowledge to increase productivity and to tailor the essential documents.

It allows the user set-up project estimates from scratch or using a project-type template that follow the corporate principles for general conditions to the estimate. The user can filter the entire estimate to deliver a final alerts review. The database structure lets the audit trail tracking for changes to the estimate.

The solution also enables the user to come up with a “what-if scenario” by generating scenarios like a surveillance system, landscaping, a sound system, and a flagpole. The solution integrates with various third-party apps like accounting, project management, project scheduling, and CAD solutions. The supported OS includes Windows 8, Windows 10 and the web browser (OS agnostic).
