FIIX CMMS has support for nine major languages which significantly enhance its functional capabilities. The software offers various important customization options such as category customization, custom user interface, customizable fields, and customizable reports.

  • The core functionality of the software does not include two important modules of lease administration and real estate portfolio management.
  • The software does not offer any feature for reporting and analytics.

FIIX CMMS Alternatives

Two other maintenance software solutions that can be considered the competitors of FIIX CMMS are Maintenance5000 and Series4000 Asset Tracking. Maintenance5000 offers a more specialized set of features and thus excludes a part of functionality found on FIIX CMMS.

Important FIIX CMMS features that are not found on Maintenance5000 include the core functionalities of inventory management, predictive management, and work order management. Other features absent from Maintenance5000 include equipment authorization, maintenance scheduling, facility for multiple languages, and project management.

The other competitor, Series4000 Asset Tracking, is mainly aimed at small and medium businesses and as such offers limited features. The core functionality of the software does not include inventory management, predictive and preventive maintenance, and work order management. It, however, offers the functionality of real estate portfolio management which is not found on FIIX CMMS.

In the customization features, Series4000 does not offer the features of customizable fields and customizable reports, both of which are present on FIIX CMMS. While the software supports multiple languages and currencies, it does not offer any support for languages other than English.

The software is offered in professional, enterprise and global editions. Difference exists between the features offered by three editions. However, all three are available at a price of $29 per user per month.
