What is iAnnotate Enterprise?

iAnnotate is a cloud-based document management tool that allows users to read, write, edit, and share documents with their peers. They can share these documents on various devices, including IPad, iPhones, and iPad Pro. Sadly, iAnnotate is not available for Android devices, but there are plenty of alternatives that you can opt for.

iAnnotate helps people and businesses have a real-time document sharing system and features such as toolbar customization, document review, multiple tabs, comments, highlighter, document scanning, and folders/file creation and sharing. However, the most distinctive feature is the flattened documents, where the users can either bake their comments into the document or edit them.

iAnnotate also gives users the freedom to access documents from various cloud-based storage systems such as Dropbox, iCloud Drive, Google Drive, OneDrive, and BOX. iAnnotate is available for enterprises to help them have a better document sharing and management system.

The company currently has around 11 to 50 employees, which shows a strong team effort given the product and its features.
