Aspect Unified IP provides a hosted contact center that supports multi channel communications. Additionally it provides a number of self-service communication platforms through which customers can first see if their requests or queries can be addressed without accessing live agents. Another feature is its proactive calling which seeks to manage customers who have conversations covering regularly discussed topics.

Convoso Cloud Contact Center on the other hand fully supports blended contact center solutions with both incoming and outgoing call communications. Alternatively it can provide just incoming or outgoing calls support separately if required. Additionally the product supports marketing efforts by providing data analytics to analyze call traffic to obtain prospective leads, as well as marketing insight to develop campaigns to target customers.
