The software offers a variety of outbound calling capabilities such as predictive dialing which minimizes time of agents between calls using statistical algorithms, dialing of records based on predefined database criteria, preview dialing, dynamic ANI display, text-to-speech conversion, campaign progressive staging, dynamic TPV ANI display, vertical dialer, and cell phone scrubber.

iNexus inbound calling services of multi-call handling, ACD & skill based routing, ACD last call, call queue extractor, and ANI routing. Other capabilities include call monitoring and recording, call transfer, campaign specific caller IDs, contact management, FCC and FTC compliance, lead management, and others.
