MPulse offers a maintenance management solution. The software provides maintenance solutions for tracking, scheduling and reporting to extend the life of a company’s assets and equipment.

MPulse was founded in 1995 with the goal of helping customers reduce maintenance expenses and minimize equipment downtime while boosting productivity throughout their organizations. The company’s goal is to enable the maintenance department to become a profit centre for a business.

MPulse is a cross industry product that is scalable for any size of business. It is available as an on premise or cloud based solution with a hosted or SaaS delivery model, and is accessible via the web or through mobile devices.

The product is suited for Facility Managers by allowing them to manage & track work orders, service and repair requests. Also they can maintain real time communication with both service technicians and customers regarding work order status. Equipment Maintenance Managers can also benefit from MPulse by being able to create & track preventive maintenance schedules, assign & monitor service staff, as well as track & manage inventory and spare parts. Additionally with MPulse Financial Managers can track maintenance costs, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and KPIs to monitor profitability and compliance requirements. Finally the product is also easily customizable by users and is suited for companies that seek a solution that adapts to evolving business requirements.

Main features and functionalities

The product provides four versions that can address the requirements of different business sizes. This includes the Bronze level which supports small maintenance teams and offers work order management, preventive maintenance, inventory management and employee information. Additionally there is a Maintenance Advisor dashboard for performance metrics, a report designer as well as mobile wireless access support.

Then there is the Silver level which provides customers the ability to raise service requests and monitor status online, as well as allow companies to handle higher volume service requests which is typical for larger organizations. There is also support for Access management to secure & track access to assets. The Gold level includes support for complex maintenance teams and provides cost centre budgeting & tracking, advanced inventory control & asset management, as well as vendor management.

Finally the Platinum level includes all modules as well as purchase requisitions, work order routing, asset status tracking, condition based maintenance and inventory bar-coding support. This is suited for enterprise organizations with multiple sites and the product also supports integration to third party software and other legacy systems.
