Phonebooth is a cloud-based VoIP communication solution that caters for the various communication needs a business might have. It offers call services as well as text messaging. The software brings together the hosted PBX applications such as SIP trunking and auto attendants.

The software also provides voicemail forwards to email accounts, as well as voice to text transcription. The auto attendants can also be set as customized menus with a dial-by-name option for various departments within an organization and dedicated shortcuts as well.
