Vocalcom Cloud Contact Center is a call center software for small to medium businesses. Its key features include click to call meeting, click-to-chat, click-to-video, internal knowledge base, social media customer engagement, predictive, progressive and preview dialing, real-time contextual routing, and context-based call scripting. This solution was created by TrueERP which was founded in 1994. Its office is located in Gold Coast, Queensland and has up to 50 employees.

Its Click2Start plan is $ 50.55 per month which for up to 25 agents, WebRTC-enabled (agents can be located anywhere), has tight IVR/ACD integration, configurable call recording, and supervisor portal on-the-go. The Business Plus package is $ 84.25 a month with all Click2Start features plus CRM auto-sync, dynamic routing (CLID or data-driven and CRM-based), Click-to-Call Back from the web, power and predictive dialing, and all-in-one KPIs, analytics and reporting capabilities.

The Entreprise plan is $ 111.21 a month for all Business Plus functions plus unified omnichannel routing and workforce optimization, omnichannel real-time SLA management, unlimited email, chat and social accounts, disaster recovery, and real-time customer surveys.

Unlimited Power package is $151.65/month offering all Entreprise features plus quality and customer experience management, dedicated account manager, workforce management, sentiment analysis, sales acceleration platform, and speech and text analytics.
