Ytel pricing includes Software Apps and API Platform. The Software Apps consists of Content Center, Inbox and SIP Trunking. Content Center billing goes at $99/month for Human Agent License, $0.005 for local SMS, $1 a month for local phone number, and $1500 a month for AI Agent License. The Inbox billing costs at $99/month for Human Agent License, $0.005 for local SMS, $1/$2 a month for local/toll-free number, and $1 for Text Enable your Number. Also, SIP Trunking offers a user license for free but charges $1/$2 a month for local/toll-free number, and $0.005 each for both US Domestic Termination and Origination.On the other hand, the API Platfrom packages include Phone numbers, Voice calls, and Text Messages. Phone number offers $1/month for local, $2/month for toll-free, $500/month for short code (regular) and $1000 a month for short code (vanity). Also, Voice calls pricing for local includes $0.013/min for outbound and $0.005/min for inbound; Toll-free includes $0.013/min for outbound and $0.0275/min for inbound.
Lastly, Text messages pricing for SMS toll-free and short code cost $0.0075/sms each for inbound and outbound, while MMS local and MMS toll-free cost $0.03/mms for outbound and $0.02/mms for inbound.
