However, Skype can conduct real-time video calls whereas XMission is only focused on phone calls. Though XMission can also conduct conference meeting like Skype, file sharing is not available with XMission.

XMission has the ability to process voice emails, a function Skype lacks. Both have excellent customer reviews online. Though Skype is popular and basically free, it is not widely used for customer management, unlike XMission. ReadyTalk pricing and customer size (small to large businesses) are the same with XMission.
