Creedenz CXM is Customer Experience Management software that has all the features required for managing your business effectively. Unlike other CRM software, Creedenz CXM was designed so that it can be deployed on any device that connects to the internet. This offers the users remote access to their CRM data from any location as long as there is internet connectivity. Creedenz CXM is developed by Creedenz and supports all the major availableonline browsers.

Creedenz CXM Alternatives

The main competitors for Creedenz CXM are Nesuite CRM and SugarCRM.

Netsuite CRM supports lead & opportunity tracking, sales management & forecasting, as well as marketing. Additionally the product includes customer support; performance monitoring as well as integrated sales commissions which are multi-level based and tied to opportunity conversions. Netsuite CRM can also manage partner sales & commissions through direct & indirect channels. The product is available as a cloud based solution and is accessible via mobile devices giving both sales & service agents’ access to customer information in real time.

Creedenz CXM does not handle partner management, but it does include some other unique features. These include support for project management with activity & task monitoring, resource allocation and project controls. Additionally it supports service level agreements or SLAs to map out sales & support performance metrics, as well as includes Return Material Authorization for products deemed defective by customer support. Creedenz CXM also integrates with social media for its marketing campaigns.

SugarCRM on the other hand focuses on social sharing & collaboration, including social selling which leverages the power of social networks to enhance sales opportunities. The product supports workflow automation to handle customer opportunity development as well as service request management. Additionally the selling process is enhanced by SugarCRM’s integration with data aggregator services that feed updated information about prospects and customers.

While Creedenz CXM does not fully support social collaboration, it does allow customization to meet business requirements. Additionally it offers the flexibility to be deployed as an on premise or cloud based solution as needed by the customer.
