CXM is a cloud-based customer relationship management solution designed to help the user drive customer engagement. Some of its core features include customer engagement, sales workforce automation and collaboration and more.

Sales workforce automation enables the user to automatically generate alerts on sales opportunity change, generate leads and sales with a single touch, communicate with prospects, the route leads to teams and monitor account activity and more.

Collaboration and project management helps the user execute projects, manage tasks, milestones and task dependencies. It also helps monitor timelines, resources and actual costs against budget. Self-service web portal enables the user to reduce support costs by empowering the customers who use the self-service portal to submit tickets, get updates, run reports, and access the knowledge base.

The solution utilizes the Adaptive Data Technology combined with the other features to offer unified customer vision. CXM can be deployed both on-premise and cloud-based.
