CXM is a cloud-based customer relationship management solution designed to help the user drive customer engagement. Some of its core features include customer engagement, sales workforce automation and collaboration and more.

Sales workforce automation enables the user to automatically generate alerts on sales opportunity change, generate leads and sales with a single touch, communicate with prospects, the route leads to teams and monitor account activity and more.
