Prettymay call center for Skype is software-based Skype IP PBX / PABX software that offers Interactive Voice Response (IVR), and Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) capabilities among others. The Skype PBX system answers the clients call automatically, leads the client into an in-built IVR system. The system then transfers the caller to the appropriate agent based on the button pressed by the caller.

Just one SkypeIn number gives up to 30 Skype or SkypeIn lines that are supported in PMCCS. Prettymay call center for Skype is a product of PrettyMay Company, and it can also be installed on-premise. The software solution offers support through Online, and Business Hours channels. Key features of this software include call recording, call queuing, call recording, auto attendants and more.
